The number of corona cases in the world has crossed two crore. More than half of the cases are reported in the US, India and Brazil. Currently, the number of Corona cases is doubling in 45 days. It took six months for the first case of corona to be reported in China, with ten million cases reported, but only six weeks after the second ten million cases were reported.

After 15 million cases of corona were reported on July 22, two-thirds of the cases were reported in the United States, India and Brazil as of August 9, according to data. India has recorded an average of 58,768 cases in seven days, while the US has had a daily average of more than 53,000 cases since July 22. There were 53,601 cases reported in India on Tuesday.

South Africa, on the other hand, has more than five million cases of corona. But now that the Koro epidemic has disrupted the supply of medicine for HIV-positive patients, another five million AIDS-related deaths are expected, according to the World Health Organization.

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Arden said a total of four cases of corona have been reported in the country after 102 days. One is the case of Auckland's local transmission, whose whereabouts are unknown.

In Mexico, on the other hand, the number of corona cases has risen to five million and the death toll has reached 50,300. Half of Mexico's population works illegally. So if a complete lockdown is carried out, they will be deprived of their livelihood and no government assistance will be given to them.

Deputy Health Minister Hugo Lopez-Gatel said that if we do a lockdown, it will be more expensive than coronary heart disease. The problem of obesity and diabetes is also big in Mexico. Despite being tested only in severe cases, 47 per cent of the cases turned out to be positive. Meanwhile, the number of corona cases in Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Hong Kong has been steadily rising. 69 new cases were reported in Hong Kong.

The global economy, meanwhile, is waiting for the US to reverse its epidemic and revive its economy, but that doesn't seem to be happening. As a result, China is now buying German luxury cars, causing European assembly lines to throb.

America no longer dominates trade in the world as it once did but is still the world's largest economy. The United States accounts for 22 percent of the world's gross domestic product, followed by China at 14 percent, according to World Bank figures.
