The new mosque is not named after Babur

-A minister of yogi advised Muslims

-If it's over, it's over ... think of a new name

A minister of Yogi Adityanath advised the Muslims of Uttar Pradesh not to name the new mosque you build in Ayodhya after Babur. This does not rule out the possibility of a new controversy. However the adviser minister himself is also a Muslim. Mohsin Raza, a minister in the Yogi government, advised Muslims to associate the name of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) with the mosque.

In November last year, the apex court had directed the Center to build a Ram temple on controversial construction and give five acres of land to Muslims to build a mosque. Accordingly, a mosque is to be built elsewhere in Ayodhya. The Uttar Pradesh government had given five acres of land to Muslims in Dhannipur village. The Sunni Waqf Board formed the Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation and entrusted the construction of the mosque to the foundation.

Now regarding the naming of the mosque, Mohsin Raza, Minister of State for Hajj, Minority Welfare and Muslim Waqf, said in a video message on Sunday, "We have given possession of five acres of land to the Sunni Waqf Board as per the Supreme Court order but with nothing in Ayodhya or anywhere in the country." Joining Babur's name is not acceptable to us. My suggestion to the Sunni Waqf Board is to name the new mosque after Hazrat Muhammad Payangbar (PBUH). In the same way that the Ram temple is being built in Ayodhya, Muslims have recited in the name of Hazrat Muhammad the Prophet. People of other religions also respect him for his humanity. With that in mind, we suggest associating the name of this mosque with the Prophet Muhammad. The Sunni Waqf Board thinks about that.
