Sushil Modi's question: Why is the opposition silent on the new map of Pakistan ..?

Patna, Ta. 7 August 2020, Friday

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi has questioned the opposition's silence on the new and controversial map of Pakistan. The BJP leader said Pakistan has included some Indian territories in its new map but no statement has been issued by the opposition on the issue so far. The Deputy Chief Minister said that no opposition, including the Congress, RJD and the Left, had criticized Pakistan's move.

At the same time, Sushil Modi also questioned whether the attitude of India's opposition forces should not be questioned against their patriotism. Sushil Modi has tweeted several times criticizing the opposition for not making a statement on the issue of releasing the new map of Pakistan. According to the BJP leader, Pakistan has interfered in India's internal affairs by releasing a new disputed map. In a tweet, he wrote, "Although Pakistan has no border with Junagadh, Pakistan has released a disputed map claiming the area as its own." The move by Pakistan was made especially on the day when Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for a grand and divine Ram temple in Ayodhya.

By releasing such a map for the first time, Pakistan has crossed all its boundaries in India in two major internal events such as the abolition of Article 370 and land worship for the Ram temple. Only 90 people supported the annexation in Pakistan at the time of the referendum and the Nawab of Junagadh fled to Pakistan after suffering a crushing defeat in the referendum. Imran Khan's objection to Junagadh is that the Somnath temple is in the area and at the time of its formal annihilation in India, the then Home Minister Sardar Patel announced the reconstruction of the Somnath temple.

The Somnath temple was rebuilt despite Nehru's opposition and Dr. Bharat Ratna. Rajendra Prasad was involved in his prana pratishthan ritual. It was from that Somnath temple in Junagadh that the Hon'ble Shri LK Advaniji started the Ram Rathyatra in 1990 and after its success the dream of a grand Ram temple is now coming true. The trouble is, no opposition party, including the Congress, the RJD and the Left, has tweeted a single word in opposition to the map of Pakistan while the entire opposition to Pakistan is standing with Imran Khan. So shouldn't this attitude of the Indian opposition be questioned against their patriotism?
