Among those accused in the case are Riya, her father Inderjit Chakraborty, mother Sandhya Chakraborty, brother Shovik, Sushant's manager Samuel Miranda, Sruti Modi and strangers.

Actor Sushant Rajput's death case is being investigated by the CBI. There are reports that the CBI will examine Sushant's psychological corpse. This is a process also called postmortem of the mind.

In this psychological test, the team of CBI's Central Forensic Science Laboratory will investigate everything related to Sushant's life.
