The body of Mahendra Motilal Kalal, a resident of Banswara district of Rajasthan, was found by the police in Sailana. Through investigation, the police came to know that Mahendra was still married to a girl named Meenakshi two days ago. Meenakshi and her accomplices killed Mahendra and then fled. Thus Meenakshi (real name may be another) had six more marriages in the last eight months and murdered and robbed her husband two or three days after the marriage.

Mahendra and Meenakshi were married by a marriage bureau. Meenakshi's so-called brother got married in court after taking Rs 2.5 lakh from Mahendra for the marriage. Two days after the wedding, four of Meenakshi's so-called relatives came and tricked Mahendra and took him away in a car. Mahendra's body was then found hanging from a tree in Sailana. Police found the mobile number of Meenakshi's so-called father and found her location in Baroli village near Indore. Police immediately took action and went to Baroli and arrested Meenakshi. According to Meenakshi, her marriage failed and she moved in with her parents. After a while, she was left alone with her parents. Then she used to play the role of marriage with her brother Gajendra and after the marriage she would kill her husband and rob him. Thus in the last eight months he had married six times and settled down after robbing six people.
