If BSP returns to UP power, it will make an idol of Parashuram: Mayawati

Former chief minister and Bahujan Samaj Party president Mayawati said that if a BSP government is formed in Uttar Pradesh, keeping in view the shortcomings of the state and central government, corresponding to Corona, hospitals and facilities will be constructed. Mayawati said that if a BSP government is formed in UP, a hospital and a stop facility will be built in the name of Parashuram, the symbol of faith of the Brahmin community and great saints born in all castes and religions.

Mayawati said the BSP government, which has been in power four times in Uttar Pradesh, has launched several public interest schemes in the name of great saints of all classes and named districts. But later the SP government changed the name due to racist mentality and hatred. It will be reinstated as soon as the BSP government returns to power.

Mayawati said that if the Samajwadi Party government had to erect a statue of Parashuram, it would have erected it during its tenure. In any case, the BSP not only talks like the SP but also shows by doing. If a BSP government is formed, a more magnificent idol of Parashuram will be erected as compared to SP.

The BSP president said that on August 5, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the Ram temple. It would have been better if the Prime Minister had gone to Ayodhya with President Shri Ramnath Kovind, who was associated with the Dalit community that day. Besides, some Dalit saints also complained that they were not invited. Calling Dalit saints but also calling the President would get a good message.
