Hum bhi to hain Rambhakta - says two senior Congress leaders

Bhopal Ta. 3 August 2020 Monday

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will pay homage to the Ram Mandir Bhoomi in Ayodhya on Wednesday. No Congress leader is expected to take part in the function, but the impression is that the Congress is adopting soft Hindutva to win the hearts of voters. Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and eloquent Congress leader Kamal Nath is scheduled to hold a 'Ram Darbar' at his home on Tuesday, August 4.

He said that Lord Ram is not from BJP alone, he is from the whole country. Hanuman Chalisa will be recited before Kamal Nath's government bungalow tomorrow. He urged the party workers and leaders to stay at their respective homes on Tuesday evening and recite Hanuman Chalisa and pray to Lord Rama for the development of our state.

Kamal Nath claimed that the fact that Congress Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi had ordered the unlocking of the Ram temple should not be forgotten. The BJP then started talking about the Ram temple. The initiative was taken by the Congress. BJP has taken up religion? Is Lord Ram just a BJP monopoly?

Avoj's opinion was expressed by Digvijay Singh, another former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. Diggibabu said that it was Rajiv Gandhi's dream to have a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya. No one else has done as much as Rajiv Gandhi did for the Ram temple. But we do not do politics in the name of Ram like BJP. Kamal Nath also claimed that the policy of the Madhya Pradesh Congress has always been soft Hindutva. Kamal Nath also built a Hanuman temple in his constituency Chhindwara.
