Contribution of Gujarati family in designing for Ram temple in Ayodhya

The temple will now have 318 pillars after making changes to the original design. According to the new design, the temple will be 235 feet wide and 360 feet long. The height will be 161 feet. The sanctum sanctorum of the temple will have the first 3 peaks. The first will be the location of Bhajan Kirtan, the second will be Dhyana and the third will be the arrangement of Darshan of Ramallah.

No one except the priest will be allowed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. On the second floor of the temple will be the Ram Darbar where Lord Rama, Sita and Lakshmana along with Hanumanji will also be enthroned.

The special design of the Ayodhya temple is being prepared by a family from Gujarat. This is what they have been doing for 15 generations. His job is to design the temples. They have also made a name for themselves abroad. Sompura and his family have built several large temples. Gujarat's Somnath, Akshardham and Ambaji temples are also included.

Apart from this, the country has designed 131 temples abroad. Sompura is a feature of the family design. The town style temples are designed based on architecture. The Somnath temple was built by Prabhashankar Sompura, the father of Chandrakant Sompura. For that he also got Padma Shri.
