BJP gives new edge to Mamata Banerjee's old weapon, Dilip Ghosh becomes CM contender

Kolkata, Ta. Saturday 22 August 2020

Ahead of next year's West Bengal Assembly elections, BJP has fielded its state president Dilip Ghosh as the CM's face against Chief Minister and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee. This is why the saffron party has given a new edge to Mamata's old weapon. The BJP on Wednesday launched its new campaign on a large scale in response to campaign strategist Prashant Kishor's Didi Ke Bolo campaign.

BJP launches helpline and e-mail ID
The BJP has named him Dilip Da against Durnitir. This means that Dilip Da is against corruption. According to party sources, the BJP's big campaign in this campaign program is part of the Bengal Against Corruption. The campaign video emphasizes the word symbol of honesty. The term is taken from cutouts with photos of Mamata Banerjee in the last election. The party has also launched a helpline and e-mail ID. With the help of which people will be able to register corruption related complaints. "West Bengal is a symbol of corruption," Ghosh said. The Chief Minister himself instructs the party workers to give cut money instead of the benefit of government schemes.

Didi came to power on this issue
Corruption cases have not come down even during Bakoul Ghosh Kovid-19. Food does not reach the warehouses for distribution. But they reached the market directly for sale. We are asking people to file cases of corruption. Because we can increase the pressure on the authorities to take action. According to Ghosh, corruption and law and order are two major issues in the Bengal elections. We are asking people to be part of the change for this. Interestingly, in the year 2011, Didi promised this change to the public. With the help of which she came to power by defeating the Left.
