An important meeting on corona virus is scheduled to be held today under the chairmanship of Dr. VK Paul, a member of the Policy Commission. The Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare said that the meeting of the expert committee was being held on corona virus vaccine and all aspects related to the vaccine would be discussed in the meeting. The committee will discuss the important issue with all manufacturers and state governments that make the corona vaccine. This important meeting is taking place in India after Russia announced that it has developed a vaccine for the corona virus.

The health ministry also tweeted about it on Tuesday. According to a report by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), India is undergoing a multi-stage clinical trial of three Covid-19 vaccines. "Currently we have three corona vaccines which are in various stages of clinical trials," said Balram Bhargava, a science professor at ICMR. In it, India has completed the first phase of biotech vaccine and Zydus Cadillac DNA vaccine and is in the second phase.

Also the third vaccine is the Oxford vaccine developed by the Serum Institute of India. It has received approval for a second and third phase of clinical trials that will begin at 17 sites within a week. The number of people infected with the corona virus in India has crossed 22 lakh.
