Jaipur Pradesh BJP president Satish Poonia on Friday morning said that Sachin Pilot could be the chief minister of Rajasthan. His statement caused a stir in political circles.

Rajasthan is currently ruled by Ashok Gehlot. Sachin Pilot and his 19 comrades revolted. He had moved the Rajasthan High Court seeking removal of the pilot from the post of Deputy Chief Minister and other responsibilities. Along with him, the Speaker also submitted in the High Court that the Speaker's right to act against the MLAs is unfettered. The court cannot kill him. After the High Court rejected the petition, Speaker CP Joshi went to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court refused to stay the High Court's decision.

Meanwhile, Ashok Gehlot had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi complaining that BJP leaders were shifting to overthrow his government. Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi invited Sachin Pilot to meet him.

Now it is time for the Rajasthan High Court to rule on the pilot and his accomplices. At such a sensitive time, a news outlet had asked Satish Poonia whether the pilot could become the Chief Minister of the state if Sachin Pilot's group won in the High Court.

In reply, Poonia said, "Yes, the pilot can be the chief minister." His statement naturally caused a sensation in the Rajasthan Congress and other parties.

In both Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, the BJP is now dead to establish its own government and liberate the country from the Congress. If the Rajasthan High Court gives a favorable verdict to Sachin Pilot and he becomes the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, the Congress party will be hit hard.
