The former IPS officer had predicted the Dubey encounter just 24 hours earlier

UP police have nabbed notorious gangster Vikas Dubey. Questions are being raised over the Dubey encounter, as well as a post made on social media by a former IPS officer. In which he predicted an encounter with Dubey just 24 hours earlier.

Former IPS officer Amitabh Thakur tweeted after the arrest of Dubey from Ujaijan that Vikas Dubey has surrendered. It is possible that tomorrow he will be killed while trying to escape from the custody of the UP police. This will be the end of Vikas Dubey's chapter but in my view Vikas Tube needs to be impartial and take action to bring out the dirt inside the UP police.

However, the UP police have encountered Vikas Dubey in the same manner as he had predicted. Now this tweet of Amitabh Thakur is going viral. On which now Amitabh Thakur has questioned the police as to why and in whom so much haste has been made in the encounter in Dubey.
