Jaipur, Ta. Wednesday, July 29, 2020

Rajasthan's political battle is currently being fought in court. Another MLA from the Sachin Pilot group has filed three petitions in the Rajasthan High Court. Suspended Congress MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma today filed an application in the High Court seeking quashing of the FIR registered by the SOG.

The petition filed by Bhanwarlal Sharma, a rebel MLA, seeks cancellation of two FIRs registered in the SOG and the FIR of the ACB, along with an inquiry into the FIR registered in the SOG by the NIA. Attorney SS Hora has filed these petitions.

It is learned that two petitions of rebel MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma will be heard on August 4. It is to be mentioned that two audios related to the sale and purchase of MLAs came up. According to the Congress, MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma was dealing with BJP leaders. The investigation of this case has been handed over to SOG and ACB.

On July 17, the Congress suspended Bhanwarlal Sharma and Vishwendra Singh, two MLAs from the Sachin Pilot group, from the party's primary membership. The move came shortly after an audio of an alleged conversation between MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Jaipur resident Sanjay Jain surfaced.

Rajasthan SOG and ACB have registered a case against the MLAs for buying and selling. The audio claims to be the voice of rebel MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma. An attempt was made to take his voice sample in these circumstances. For that SOG reached the resort at Manesar but Bhanwarlal Sharma was not found there.
