Chinese troops have been forced to withdraw from India in several areas, including the Galvan Valley in Ladakh, but there are still many areas where tensions between the two countries are high. In the midst of all this, China has deployed about 50,000 troops in Aksai Chin to reshape the conflict.

For the first time, India has deployed a squadron (12) T-90 missile firing tank, armored vehicles (APC) and an army brigade (with 4,000 personnel) at Daulat Bagh Oldi (DBO) to respond to China's new move. In this way, India is ready to respond to the Chinese aggression on the axis near Shaksgam-Karakoram. All the information was provided by the top military commanders involved.

India's final outpost at Daulat Bagh Oldi is located at an altitude of 16,000 feet, near Karakoram on the south bank of the Chip-Chap river and north of the Galvan Shyok confluence. Several bridges on the Darbuk-Shyok-DBO road could not withstand the load of T-90 tanks weighing 46 tonnes, so the Indian Army carried them across the river-ditch with the help of special equipment after the collision at Galwan Valley.

According to a report, after the Chinese invasion of Patrol Point 14, 15, 16, 17 and Panggang Tso Finger area, the army had deployed armored vehicles (APCs) or infantry combat vehicles, M777 155 MM Howitz and 130 Mb.

India and China both agreed to work to reduce tensions on the border, and Chinese troops withdrew from several areas along the border. However, even after that, the Indian Army is maintaining vigilance and keeping an eye on the number of Chinese troops and the tanks being deployed by them.

According to an army commander, the main objective of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) offensive in the summer was to evacuate areas along the 1,147 km long border with the Indian Army in eastern Ladakh so that it could claim implementation of the 1960 map. But on 15 June the brave soldiers of the 16th Bihar Regiment thwarted that attempt.

Planners for the Indian Army fear that China will connect the G-219 (Lhasa Kashgar) Highway with the Karakoram Pass via the Shaksgam Pass. However, it will need to build a tunnel under the Shaksgam Glacier and China has the capability to do so. However T-90 missile tanks have been prepared by the Army in these areas.
