Army kills 6 militants in Arunachal Pradesh after Kashmir, finds Chinese weapons

After Kashmir, there are now reports of clashes between the army and militants in the northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh.

Assam Rifles and Arunachal Pradesh Police have killed six militants while one jawan has been injured. A large quantity of ammunition, including an AK-47 rifle, was recovered from the terrorists.

According to police, the search operation was carried out after receiving information that they were hiding in a village. The terrorists, who were hiding in a hut, tried to escape by firing. Army and police teams cordoned off the area and killed six militants.

The terrorists were working for the banned organization NSCN. The ammunition recovered from them was also found to be of Chinese origin.
