New delhi date. 01 July 2020, Wednesday

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Narwane will leave for Leh-Ladakh on Friday. They will review the situation on the Line of Actual Control. Even in the three rounds of talks, China does not understand the language of peace. China has stepped up troop deployments along the Line of Actual Control.

India has also prepared forces at that level to retaliate against any right of China. Rakshamantra Rajnath is going to Leh-Ladakh on Friday to review preparations. He will be accompanied by Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Narwane. He has already visited Army Chief Leh-Ladakh.

Given the aggressive stance China has taken on the LAC, it will review the current security situation in eastern Ladakh. They can go to several forward posts in Ladakh like the last visit of the Army Chief.

The Chinese military has shown an aggressive stance in the Galvan Valley, Pangong Tso, Depsang Plains and Hot Springs, which are connected to the border. India has also posted as many troops as China has deployed in the border area. Apart from this, India is also fully prepared in view of the manner in which China has stockpiled arms and munitions in the area near the LAC.
