Domestic and international flights have been shut down in the country for some time due to the Corona virus. Then on Thursday, Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said that Air France would operate 28 flights between Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Paris from July 18 to August 1. US Airlines, on the other hand, will operate 18 flights between July 17 and July 31.

Hardeep Singh said German airlines have also been asked to schedule flights to India. This is being discussed further. He has also sought permission for a flight to India. All domestic and international flights were banned in the country in March due to the Corona epidemic. While domestic air travel is currently allowed, flights to France and the United States will also begin, the aviation minister said.

The Government of India launched the Vande Bharat Mission to repatriate Indian nationals stranded abroad amid the Koro crisis. While 2 lakh 80 thousand Indians living abroad have been repatriated so far, work is underway to repatriate the rest.
