The needle of suspicion in the cyber attack in Australia is China

Melbourne, June 19, 2020, Friday

The needle of suspicion is believed to be on China when Prime Minister Morrison has termed the massive cyber attack on Australia as inspired by any country's government. This is not a single man but a cyber attack with huge preparations in which sensitive sections have been specially targeted. Morris also warned that Australians could face similar dangers in the near future. However, these cyber attacks have not stolen anyone's data and most of the attacks have failed. According to the information received, Australia has a Five Eyes Intelligence Sharing Network which is owned by Britain, Canada, New Zealand and the United States. Although these countries have many modern cyber facilities, they continue to be victims of cyber attacks.

Only a handful of countries in the world have the technique to carry out such cyber attacks, including China, Iran, Israel, North Korea, Russia, Rika and some European countries. Only these countries have the technique to wage cyber war. So naturally, without naming names, Australia is suspicious of China. Australia has always opposed China's communist regime, so it is natural to suspect that the conspiracy was inspired by the Chinese communist government. At a time when the world is angry with China over the spread of the corona virus, China has come forward to demand an investigation into how the corona virus spread. Australia has also opposed China's economic grandstanding and its policies of dominating debt-ridden countries.

There has also been a lot of talk about Chinese mobile phone companies and IT companies working to collect sensitive data for China and to benefit China. The strongest reason why China has carried out cyber attacks is that relations between China and Australia have been steadily deteriorating. Not only has China refused to allow its students to travel to Australia to study and to attract tourists, but it has also imposed various taxes and trade restrictions on Australian products. Even a year ago there was a cyber attack on Australian leaders, political parties and universities. Even at that time, it was noticed that China was doing the same thing. Australia does not have good relations with China, which is one of the countries with cyber army technology, so it seems to be a soft target of China.

  1. Worldwide about more than one-third of all Cyber Attack are launched by China. They have one of the largest military group of cyber experts in the world. About 38% of Advance Persistent Threat Vector (APT) like APT40, APT30, APT10 are developed and deployed by China. Not just that countries like North Korea and Pakistan are also very active in their own work in close collaboration with China.
