Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has advised Prime Minister Narendra Modi to speak with understanding when it comes to national security. The Prime Minister should not make consistent statements on security issues. He said on the issue of Ladakh's stand-off status, no matter how much the government preaches, the truth cannot be hidden.

Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh made the first statement on the situation in Ladakh. In the context of the ongoing conflict with China, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had advised Prime Minister Modi that the Prime Minister should speak with discretion when the issue is of national interest and national security.

Earlier in the all-party meeting, Modi had claimed that there was no intrusion on India's border. The statement sparked controversy. Opposition groups called for a dialogue with China if the infiltration had not taken place. In this context, Manmohan Singh said that the government should make any effort, but the truth can never be hidden.

After Manmohan Singh's advice, BJP president JP Nadda defended Modi, saying that China had infiltrated Manmohan Singh 600 times between 2010 and 2013. JP Nadda said that Manmohan Singh's statement was just a play on words. Congress has always worked to undermine the confidence of our troops.

The people of the country have faith in Prime Minister Modi. The Prime Minister is committed to the security of the nation. After the BJP president's statement, Congress chief spokesperson Randeep Surjewala wrote on Twitter that the BJP president should stop throwing political swamps when it comes to national integrity and national security. At the same time, it is time to look at the interest of the nation.
