Jinping asked Trump to help him win the 2020 election, a blow to the former US NSA

Washington, June 18, 2020, Thursday

Former US National Security Adviser John Bolt has made a sensational claim that has sparked a new controversy in the United States.

Bolt shared excerpts from his book, which will be published in the coming days, with a newspaper, saying that US President Donald Trump had personally asked Chinese President Xi Jinping to help in the 2020 election.

According to Bolton, the talks between Trump and Xi took place during the G20 summit in Japan in June last year. In which, surprisingly, Trump turned the conversation into a discussion of the upcoming election. Trump put India in talks on the importance of farmers and stressed the need to increase soybean and sugar purchases after the election.

Bolt said the issue then returned to trade, and Trump said the United States would not impose tariffs on the remaining 350 350 billion trade deficit. Then again, Trump began persuading China to buy American agricultural products.

Notably, the Trump administration has sued in court to stop the publication of this book. It is claimed that the book contains a lot of information which, if published, would not be in the interest of national security.
