Four babies of Kanpur Shelter Home found pregnant: Corona's report is positive

Authorities were shocked to see symptoms of the corona virus in 57 girls at a government shelter home in Kanpur, and when they were further examined, five of them were found to be pregnant. However district authorities said she was pregnant before she arrived at the shelter home.

There are 171 young women living in the government shelter home at Swaroopnagar. Following the order issued by the Child Welfare Committee, all the girls were tested and found to be pregnant.

The children's home houses 63 girls from 14 talukas who were kept here for the Pokso case. Seven of them were found to be pregnant. But surprisingly, two young women aged 17-17 were eight months pregnant. One of them was HIV positive and the other was infected with hepatitis.

Korona, a 17-year-old pregnant woman living in Agra, tested positive. The rapist was arrested under sections 363 and 376 of the IPC. He was sent to Kanpur on December 3 following a CWC order.
