Calling Kashmir part of India, expulsion of two employees of Pakistan's government channel

It is the turn of two employees of Pakistan's government channel TV to lose their jobs for showing Kashmir as part of India.

On June 6, a map showing Kashmir as part of India was shown on PTV. The issue was raised in the Pakistani parliament on June 8. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting was then briefed.

The incident is being investigated and action will be taken against the person responsible for the mistake, state channel TV said. There are now reports that two journalists have been fired for showing a false map.

According to government channel TV, the committee has blamed two employees for misrepresenting the map of Pakistan. He has been fired.

However, his name has not been released by government channel TV.
