Big B rented 6 planes to deliver the workers home

Following in the footsteps of Bollywood star Sonu Sud, superhero Amitabh Bachchan is also sending home workers trapped by the lockdown.

Amitabh Bachchan, who has so far run 10 buses for laborers, has now arranged 6 chartered flights to send laborers home by air. Which has benefited 700 Mujars.

Arrangements have been made by Amitabh Bachchan's company AB Corp Ltd to transport the laborers to Allahabad, Varanasi and Gorakhpur.

180 workers are being accommodated in each flight.

The Big B wanted to hire special trains but the Railway Ministry did not allow it.
