Anti-India PM Oli will now ban Hindi in Nepal

, Dated 26 June 2020, Friday

Nepal's Prime Minister KP Oli, who has taken an anti-India stance in favor of China, is now considering banning the Hindi language in Parliament.

There is an internal turmoil within the ruling Communist Party of Nepal. KP Oli has started taking anti-India measures to divert public attention when there is dissatisfaction among the people against Oli's government.

Janata Samajwadi Party MP and Madhesi leader Sarita Giri strongly opposed the Oli government's move to ban Hindi over the border dispute, saying that by taking such a step, the Nepal government would invite protests from people living in the Terai and Madhesi areas. We need to learn from history.

He questioned whether China had not given instructions to put Ben on Hindi.

However, it will not be easy for the government of Nepal to ban Hindi. Because most of the people living in the lowlands of Nepal use only Indian languages. On the other hand, if Nepal bans Hindi, the people of the area may oppose it.

KP Sharma is surrounded in his japarti. Communist Party Acting Chairman Pushpa Kamal Prachanda has also demanded the resignation of PM Oli after criticizing him and threatened to split the party if Oli did not resign.

People are also lashing out at the Oli government for failing to handle the Corona situation in Nepal. Two former PMs of the party are also sitting in front of Oli.
