At a time when corona is gaining momentum in the capital Delhi, almost all types of activities have been allowed to start. Markets, malls, temples, mosques have all been opened. A 2-year-old child has expressed concern where people are relieved. The child has filed an application in the Delhi High Court against the Kejriwal government over the lockdown exemption and testing system in Delhi.

The two-year-old has filed an application in the Delhi High Court through his father. The petition said the situation was deteriorating in Delhi with the cessation of testing of people without corona symptoms. In addition, the lack of facilities like beds and ventilators has also created a worrying situation.

The Delhi High Court has accepted the plea and today, Tuesday, the case has been included in the hearing list. The court has sought a copy of the June 2 order from the Delhi government which said things related to testing of asymptomatic people.

Petitioner's attorneys argue that it is against ICMR's guidelines to stop testing people without symptoms. The petition claims that the government has issued such an order to reduce the number of Koro patients in Delhi. Thus, non-testing may increase the risk of corona transmission in Delhi, the petition said.
