85,000 lives saved from Yogi government's preparations against Korona: PM Modi

Praising the Yogi government of UP, Modi said that 85,000 lives have been saved due to the fight against corona disease by the government of Yogi Adityanath.

Launching the self-reliant Uttar Pradesh scheme in UP, PM Modi said that Britain, Italy, France and Spain, the four largest countries in Europe, have a population of 240 million and the population of UP is the same. People's lives are gone.

Citing the US as an example, PM Modi said that the US is heavily affected by the corona virus and has a population of 330 million. There are 1.35 lakh people who have died from the corona. With the hard work done by the UP government, it can be said that the lives of 85000 people have been saved due to the preparations made by the UP government against Korona.

He said that the example of courage and ingenuity shown by the UPA at a time when there is a huge crisis of corona all over the world is unprecedented. This is a precedent for the whole world.

"Disaster is being turned into an opportunity by a self-reliant UP scheme. Other states should learn from UP. Only those who show courage and foresight in times of crisis can succeed," he said.
