Frequent hand washing, hygiene and social distance are advised to prevent coronavirus. Apart from this we also have to give up habits that can help prevent the spread of corona virus.

In India, everyone has a habit of walking on the road or spitting in public places. Spitting on the road is not only rude but also very dangerous to health. Coronavirus is also spread by spitting, according to health experts.

A person infected with corona can spread the infection within 24 hours if they spit in the open. Therefore, the prevention of spitting should be carried out like a campaign only when there is awareness among the people as the habit of spitting can endanger people's lives.

Some people have a habit of spitting anywhere like walking, sitting in a car. Saliva contains live insects. When a person passes through the saliva, these droplets enter the mouth, nose and eyes and infect the person. Apart from this the saliva contains not only saliva but also occasionally mucus which contains some kind of mucus.

Most people who spit are those who eat leaves. Experts say that if a person passes by the spit, he should avoid touching the place. If the spit accidentally gets on the clothes, change the clothes immediately and wash the clothes in hot water to disinfect them.
