Islamabad, Monday 25 May 2020

The US has announced 60 6 million in aid to Pakistan to deal with the growing Corona virus outbreak in Pakistan.

Prime Minister Imran Khan has repeatedly begged around the world to save his economically devastated country Pakistan.

The US ambassador to Pakistan, Paul Jones, said in a video that the US aid would help train health workers working in hospitals in Pakistan with serious cases of the corona virus.

The fund is for those who care for corona virus patients in hospitals, and a mobile lab will be set up to screen Pakistani nationals living in infected areas.

He said that this would stop the spread of corona virus in medical centers. He also wished Pakistan a happy Eid-ul-Fitr and said that I wish all Pakistanis a happy Ramadan.

The World Bank has also announced 50 5 million in aid to Pakistan, which will help improve health care and education in Pakistan, create economic opportunities for women, and reduce the impact of the coronavirus.
