The second phase of the Vande Bharat Mission will be completed from May 16 to 22

A campaign is underway to repatriate Indians stranded abroad due to the ongoing lockdown in the country amid the Koro crisis, Indians are being repatriated under the Vande Bharat Mission. The second phase of the mission will be completed from May 16 to 22, according to news agency sources. Meanwhile, Indians stranded in 31 countries will be repatriated by 149 flights.

An Air India flight carrying 331 people stranded in Britain arrived at Hyderabad International Airport on Tuesday as part of the Vande Bharat Mission's drive to repatriate Indian nationals stranded abroad.

Airport sources said the Boeing 773 arrived at 2.21 pm and later flew to the US via Delhi with 87 passengers on board. Passengers were taken to a completely clean and disease-free international arrival point at the main passenger terminal.

Airport officials made the arrival departure completely clean and disease-free. All passengers and crew members of the aircraft were brought in quantities of 20-25 people.
