In Karnataka, an official called Tablighi a hero, the government issued a notice

- More than 500 people of Tablighi Jamaat in New Delhi alone donated plasma, where is the dock media: official's tweet

Bangalore, Ta. 2 April 2020, Saturday

An IAS officer has been caught tweeting about plasma donors during a lockdown in Karnataka. He tweeted praising the Tablighis and calling them heroes. Following his tweet, the Karnataka government has issued a notice to him. Karnataka official Mohammad Mohsin has been asked to respond to the notice within five days.

Karnataka's IAS officer Mohammad Mohsin tweeted on April 9 about the people of the Tablighi community who donated plasma, in which he called the Tablighi people heroes. As Mohammad Mohsin wrote, in New Delhi alone, more than 200 people from the Tablagi community have donated plasma. Where is the dock media? These people will not show the news of these heroes who have done the work of humanity.

Regarding the notice, IAS officer Mohammad Mohsin said on Saturday that he had received the notice and would respond as per the rules. However, Mohsin claimed that he only shared news from a private news channel. He had no idea that one of his tweets would cause such a stir. Asked if there was a conspiracy behind the hoopla, he said, "You can't make everyone happy every time."

IAS officer Mohammad Mohsin was also embroiled in controversy last year. When Prime Minister Modi visited Odisha in April, Mohsin tried to inspect his helicopter. He was therefore suspended by the Election Commission. Mohammad Mohsin, a 12th batch IAS officer from Karnataka, is a native of Bihar and is currently serving as the secretary of the backward class welfare department. The state government has issued a reasoned notice to him regarding his tweet.

Thousands of people gathered at the Tablighi Jamat convention in Delhi in March, many of whom came positively. This issue has caused a great stir in the country. The issue has been in the news constantly. Hundreds of Tablighis did not come forward despite being infected with Corona. Governments in different states arrested and quarantined members of the Tablighi community who attended the Delhi Center convention. The corona test of many Tablighi people came positive. He was hospitalized. However, many Tablighi tribes who tested positive for corona have donated their plasma after treatment.

Union Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has scoffed at the donation of plasma by the Tablighi community. Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that Tablighis who spread Corona in India are now calling themselves Corona Warriors. Instead of being ashamed of their crimes, they are insulting millions of Corona Warriors. This is called Sinajori on theft. However, he said in another tweet that certain patriotic Muslims have given plasma to the needy, but it is not appropriate to call them Tablighi. There is a well-planned conspiracy to prove the preaching of Hindustani Muslims.
