Danger of mobile banking virus to many users in the country: Government warns

Lockdown will be milder so economic administration will increase. With the rise of online financial administration, the likelihood of theft of banking data has increased. The government agency CERT-E has warned many users in the country to be wary of the mobile banking virus.

According to the government agency, the new banking malware can enter mobile through Microsoft Word, Adobe Flash and third party apps. More than 200 banking apps have been targeted by mobile malware eventboats. This malware can do great damage by snatching sensitive banking information when financial administration begins after a lockdown.

According to the agency, the virus has stolen the data of numerous users in the US and Europe. The malware targets money transfer apps and banking apps. Once the malware enters the mobile, it can read data like storage, messages. The agency has warned not to download any third party app. Check the rating special when downloading new and unfamiliar app. If an unknown app has been downloaded to the phone, delete it immediately.
