A magnitude 5.3 earthquake jolted Nepal late Tuesday night at about 11:53 p.m. The National Geological Survey said the quake hit the area around Juguni in Dolakha district.
The tremors were felt in Delhi three days ago
It is to be mentioned that three days ago, an earthquake was felt in Delhi. The third earthquake struck Delhi in less than a month. Its intensity was recorded at 3.5 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was reported at 2.9 on the Richter scale.
Earlier, on April 12 and 13, there were two consecutive days of earthquakes in Delhi-NCR. The first shock came on April 12 with a magnitude of 3.5 and the second with a magnitude of 2.7. The epicenter of the quake was Delhi.
An earthquake of ML 5.3 occurred around Jugu of Dolakha district at 23:53 (local time): National Seismological Center, Nepal.
