20 chargesheets of 14 thousand pages were filed against 83 foreign tribesmen

Delhi Police today filed 20 chargesheets in the Tablighi Jamat Markaz case. Has filed 20 chargesheets of 14 thousand pages against 83 foreigners from 20 countries. It is being said that the chargesheet also mentions the center management and also the name of Maulana Saad, the chief of the Tablighi Jamaat.

Delhi Police has filed chargesheets against 83 foreign tribesmen from 20 countries for three different offenses. They have been charged under the Foreigner Act, Pediatric Disease Act and Disaster Act. The Saket court will hold a hearing on the chartsheet on June 12.

Afghanistan, Brazil, China, USA, Ukraine, Australia, Egypt, Russia, Algeria, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, France, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Tunisia, United Kingdom, Fiji, Sudan, . Different chargesheets have been filed for different countries.

This chargesheet will add to Maulana Saad's troubles, as all the foreign tribesmen against whom the case has been filed had the address of the Nizamuddin-based Jamaat center in their visa form. That is, they came from abroad to participate in the program of the center.

In the interrogation, the tribesmen also revealed that Maulana had simply asked them to stay at the center after March 20. All foreign tribesmen were first involved in the investigation by giving 41 notices and were interrogated. It is being reported that 943 foreign tribesmen were interrogated and chargesheets will be filed against all of them.
