The number of people infected with the corona virus epidemic, including foreign nationals in India, has increased to 9352 on Monday (April 13), Love Health Agarwal, joint secretary of the Union Ministry of Health, said in a press conference.
Statistics released by the ministry show that there have been 324 deaths in the country following Covid-19, and a total of 8048 people are currently infected with the epidemic.
There have been 905 new cases of Corona reported in the last 24 hours, while 51 people have lost their lives due to the virus, and 141 have recovered, and a total of 980 patients have recovered from the disease.
The ministry said that Maharashtra recorded the highest number of 149 deaths, while Madhya Pradesh 36, Gujarat 25, Punjab and Delhi 11 and 24 respectively.
Of the 27 states of the country and all Union Territories, Maharashtra has the highest number of infected people due to corona virus, followed by Delhi with 1154 cases and Tamil Nadu with the third position with 1043 cases.
