Corona-positive patient spit on doctor or staff will be charged with attempted murder

Himachal Pradesh Police has issued another enactment law to treat corona-positive patients and treat doctors and medical staff badly.

A Himachal Pradesh police chief has warned that if a coronet-positive patient spits on a doctor or other staff, a direct murder attempt will be registered against him.

In Himachal Pradesh, seven people belonging to Talagi Jamaat have been declared corona positive. They are undergoing treatment in two hospitals. Police received a complaint on Sunday of spitting by a patient.

Similar incidents have happened in other states as well. However, Himachal Pradesh police have announced a murder case to direct such patients.

Earlier, the Himachal Pradesh police had announced a case of attempted murder against those who were hiding information about returning to India from abroad.
