Earlier this morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted about the hanging of four accused in the Nirbhaya rap case. Modi said in a tweet, "This is a victory for justice." It is very important to maintain the dignity and dignity of women in society.
Four accused of Nirbhaya gangrepe case were hanged in Tihar jail at 5:30 this morning. Tihar Jail Director General Sandeep Goyal confirmed the hanging of the accused, saying that the four accused in the Nirbhaya case Vinay, Akshay, Mukesh and Pawan were hanged together and they have been declared dead.
In December 2012, a 23-year-old medical student was raped by a mob in Delhi on a bus bus in Delhi, and attempted murder. Nirbhaya died during treatment.
One of the six accused in the incident, Ram Singh, committed suicide in jail, and another has been sent to the child rehabilitation house as the accused is a minor. Four other accused were hanged.
Justice has prevailed.
