ED's look-out notice against seven accused arrested

Millions of crores of rupees have been trapped in Yes Bank, amidst this situation, the CBI raided about seven sites belonging to Yes Bank's founder Rana Kapoor and other accused in Mumbai.

All the raids provided include Rana Kapoor, DHFL, RKW Developers and Dwight Urban Ventures Private Limited. An investigation was also carried out at the DHFL's Mumbai Bandra office.

Rana Kapoorwa family has also been included in the accused. The CBI has also accused Rana Kapoor's wife and daughters and an FIR has been lodged against them.

Rana Kapoor's daughter Roshani Kapoor was detained at the Mumbai airport only yesterday.

Apart from the Kapoor family, five companies, seven persons have also been charged. The people who have been charged are Dewan Housing Corporation Limited (DHFL), RKW Developers Pvt. Ltd. Patil Rajesh Kumar has also been included. The CBI has also issued a look-out notice against those who have been charged. These include Kapoor's wife Bindu, daughter Roshni, Rakhi, Radha.

The ED has declared a Look Out Circular (LOC) in front of all seven people. Those against whom the LoC has been declared can no longer flee the country, a daughter of Rana Kapoor was stopped at the airport while others are being prosecuted.

According to the FIR filed by the CBI, Rana Kapoor conspired with Kapil Bardhan and others. This enabled DHFL to provide financial support from Yes Bank, which in turn provided itself and its family members with the right support in their company.

From April to April 2018, Yes Bank invested Rs 3700 crore in DHFL as short term debentures. While Kapil paid Rana Kapoor and his family a loan of Rs 600 crore. DHFL disclosed the money as debt to Dwight Ventures Private Limited (Rana Kapoor's company).
