Pakistan's base for terrorism: Pak. Minorities boarded outside the UN

United Nations, dated Mar 5, 2020 Wednesday

Outside the United Nations building, Pakistani minority organizations staged demonstrations against Pakistan-inspired terrorism. Pakistan called it a base for terrorism - terming it as dangerous for the security of the world and demanding that global organizations take appropriate action.

The 8th meeting of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations is underway. During the meeting, which lasted until March 7, minority organizations of Pakistan staged protests calling the country a terrorist base. The protesters demanded immediate action against Pakistan and the Pakistan Army.

Demonstrators of minority organizations said that Pakistan has become the backbone of terrorist organizations since 9/11. There are also camps of terrorists using the Pakistani army around the Afghanistan border. Local and world-wide terrorist organizations, including al-Qaeda to the Taliban, are operating in the area.

Minority organizations said that the Pakistani government had no interest in destroying terrorism. The Pakistan Army itself conducts terrorist activities in neighboring countries with the help of terrorist organizations. A group of Pakistani minorities based in Geneva appealed to the UN to push for Pakistan to end terrorism.

Pakistan's minorities said that our country is dangerous for world peace and security. Crop the world if steps are not taken in time. There is a fear of great harm from inspired terrorism.
