Now lockdown in the country's largest state UP till March 27

Due to the increasing prevalence of Corona, the UP government has now announced a lockdown for the entire state.

The lockdown will remain in place across the state until March 27. Earlier on Sunday, the government had closed 16 districts in UP, but now millions of people will be in lockdown in the country's largest state to prevent the virus from spreading.

The Yogi government has also given permission for collectors of each district to apply curfew if required. During the lockdown, medical treatment, urgent government services, vegetable grain grocery stores, telephone and Internet services, delivery services to banks, ATMs and online shopping have been exempted.

All people have been appealed to stay at home. Taxi and auto service are also banned.
