Amid efforts to guard against Corona virus, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has directed not to spread false fears about the virus. He was annoyed at seeing the masks being distributed in the Bihar assembly and said that it had spread false alarm.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar appealed to the people to be vigilant against the corona virus but at the same time directed the DGP and the Chief Secretary to withdraw Article 144 from all the districts.

He asked them to withdraw, giving the reason that section 144 was enforced without cause in the state. He also announced that the state government will bear the cost of treating coronary patients and at the same time, if a patient dies, the Bihar government will provide Rs.

According to Nitish Kumar, screening arrangements have been made at 49 places in the border areas of Bihar and Nepal in view of the risk of coronary virus. He expressed displeasure at the large number of people wearing the mask in the assembly, saying it created fear among the general public.

"Special attention is being paid to the airport, but no one can be prevented from going anywhere," he added. Foreigners coming to Bodhgaya are being investigated and no positive case has been registered in the state yet.
