New Delhi, Mar 6, 2020, Friday

A new death warrant has been issued for the four accused in the Nirbhaya case. Accordingly, he will be hanged on March 20.

However, Mukesh, one of the four criminals, has filed a fresh petition in the Supreme Court to escape the hanging. In which he has accused his former lawyer, Vrinda Grover.

In this petition, Mukesh said, "By pressing on me, Grover filed a curative petition to stop the execution." There was a special time to file this petition. Thus, now I should be given time till July 2021 to file a curatorial petition and prosecute Brinda Grover, a lawyer.

This time Mukesh has filed a petition through another lawyer. Mukesh has changed his lawyer since last time. Before the death warrant was announced on March 5, ML Sharma, a lawyer for Mukesh, sought the court's approval to argue.
