High voltage drama in Madhya Pradesh, 10 MLA mortgage in Haryana

An earthquake struck Madhya Pradesh politics late on Tuesday. Former Congress chief minister Digvijay Singh alleged that the BJP had taken hostage of 10 MLAs from Madhya Pradesh. Immediately after learning of the constitution of legislators, Congress leaders Jayawardhan Singh and Jitu Patwari left for Delhi to release the MLAs.

10 MLA Mortgages

Late night news came out that 10 BJP MLAs including Congressman Andal Singh Kansana, BSP's Ram Bai, SP's Rajesh Shukla, non-party MLA Surendra Singh Shera were engaged in the ITC grand in Haryana. Also present are BJP leaders Narottam Mishra, Bhupendra Singh, Arvind Singh Bhadoria and Sanjay Pathak. After that, Congress ministers Jayawardhan Singh and Jitu Patwari were immediately deported to Delhi. Digvijay Singh also arrived at the hotel.

Haryana police stopped

All three leaders were refused entry by the Haryana police. Digvijaya Singh also got into a dispute. He alleged that the BJP had also beaten the legislators. Meanwhile, former CM Digvijay Singh left for Delhi on Tuesday evening.

Tarun Bhanot also charged

Madhya Pradesh Finance Minister Tarun Bhanot alleged that BJP MLA Arvind Bhadoria had gone to Karnataka with 4 MLAs. The Congress, meanwhile, also claimed that six out of 10 MLAs were released.

Madhya Pradesh's Higher Education Minister has accused former CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan, BJP Chief Vip Narottam Mishra and former Home Minister Bhupendra Singh for luring money to the ruling party's MLAs.
