Finally, at 5am, the Supreme Court dismissed Nirbhaya's conviction. At this time, the Supreme Court did not give any directive on the request of Pawan and Akshay's families to meet for the last time. As a result, all four convicts were hanged on Friday at 4.30 pm.

For the first time in Tihar, four were hanged together

Four people were hanged for the first time in Tihar Jail. According to jail officials, Akshay's body will be taken to his village in Aurangabad in Bihar while Mukesh's body was taken to his family's Rajasthan. Vinay and Pawan voters were taken to their home in Ravidas camp in south Delhi.

The four bodies were then taken to the DDU Hospital for postmortem and from there they were handed over to their families for final action.

A few minutes before the execution, Mukesh spoke of donating the paintings he had made to Angadan and Vinay Jail and giving his 'Hanuman Chalisa' to his family, another official said. Regarding the final hours of the four convicts, a jail official said that Vinay and Mukesh had dinner, but none of the four had breakfast or bath before hanging. Vinay and Mukesh had eaten bread, vegetables, lentils and rice in the evening, the official said. There was no disturbance on the faces of the four accused in the evening.

All four Nirbhaya criminals killed Havatiya for the last time to avoid being hanged. He filed a petition challenging the mercy petition that the President rejected. However, the Supreme Court rejected the petition shortly before the perpetrators were stopped.

The Bench said that there was nothing in the petition that prevented the President from rejecting his mercy petition or any order could be given to it. As soon as the wind was rejected, the way to hang all four was paved, so the four were later hanged by Tihar Jail officials.

While the arguments were underway, the perpetrator also argued that when the incident took place, I was only 5 years old and at the time of law, I was a minor. However, when the Supreme Court rejected his decision at midnight, at 4.30 pm, it was clear in his observation that the arguments and evidence of the minor were earlier presented in the Supreme, Trial and High Court and all the evidence was rejected as false. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta was present in the court on behalf of Delhi and the Central Government. He also denied the perpetrator's claim that he was a minor.

Pawan and Akshay demanded that we be allowed to visit our parents for only a short period of 5 minutes before being hanged. However, opposing these arguments, the Solicitor General had said that if such permission was granted, it would be a tragedy for both the family and the perpetrator. By the time the Supreme Court had rejected all the demands, it was 8.5 hours before dawn, and finally two hours later, all four were hanged in Tihar Jail.
