Delhi: One killed, 1 killed in Batala house area following rumor

Somewhere in the Batla House area of ​​the capital, New Delhi, on Sunday evening, someone was spreading rumors of violence. A young man was killed. Immediately after this the police force was increased in the area.

According to a police spokesman, Habibullah Shahab fell unconscious near a mosque near Batala House. He was taken to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead.

Police sent the body to a postmortem to investigate whether Habibullah died at Nasgrah or was there any other reason. The deceased was from Bhagalpur area of ​​Bihar and worked as a tailor in Delhi.

The police made a public appeal to ignore the rumor and maintain peace. When the rumor spread, the nearest metro station was closed which was later reopened.

Meanwhile, the police were planning to implement the Yogi model in Delhi. This model includes measures to recover damages to public property from storms. However, locals are constantly saying that the violence in north Delhi was triggered by outside business gangs. We were not involved. We have become victims of violence.
