Chandragupta will not be seen in Ajay Devgn's film 'Chanakya'

Director Neeraj Pandey is one of the Bollywood directors who always chooses a different subject for the film. He has directed films like 'A Venus Day, Special 1, Baby, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story and Ayaari'. Now he is going to make a film on the life of Chanakya with Ajay Devgn. "Ajay has found me fit for Chanakya's character. I hope the viewers will agree with my decision after watching the film. There was a great actor needed for this character that I saw in Ajay. We have been working on Chanakya's biography for three to four years. Ajay has joined me for this film two years ago. He is excited for this film, ”said Neeraj Pandey. Regarding Chandragupta's character, Neeraj said that, perhaps, Tchandragupta would not be the character of Maurya in the film. It's difficult to include this character in a two and a half hour movie.

The film will focus only on Chanakya. If the viewers like this movie then in the second part we can include Chandragupta's character. No decision has been made for any other cast yet.
