A committee to be chaired by the Speaker for the inquiry into Parliament

Many opposition parties, including Congress, DMK and CPI, took a swing in the Lok Sabha on Friday demanding immediate discussion on Delhi violence in the Lok Sabha. That led to the postponement of the house proceedings shortly after 12 noon. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi told the House that a committee has been constituted to investigate all the incidents that took place in the house from March 2 to March 5, after the house was resumed. Which the speaker himself will preside over. The committee will also include representatives from each of the forces.

The Rajya Sabha, on the other hand, has been adjourned till March 11. The Rajya Sabha was also closed for the fifth consecutive day on the issue of violence in Delhi. Due to the resignation of members of various opposition parties including Congress, the proceedings have been adjourned till March 11. Members of Congress, DMK, Trinamool, AAP, SP and Left parties have started swearing in on violence in Delhi.

In the Lok Sabha, the Congress MP reached the black bar. Rahul Gandhi-led Parliament protested against Gandhiji's copy in the campus. Since the beginning of the second phase of the Budget session of Parliament, other opposition parties, including Congress, have been in turmoil demanding to launch a debate on Delhi violence in the House. With the start of Lok Sabha proceedings, many opposition lawmakers began to shout. Rahul Gandhi and other party members kept a black belt in their hands to protest the seven-member suspension.
