We cannot help if the roads are closed: Sadhana Ramachandran

Talks with the women who are protesting against the CAA and NRC in Shaheen Bagh are underway. Sadcharan Ramchandran Shaheen Bagh, one of the Supreme Court-appointed storytellers, arrived on Saturday. He told the protesters that if the roads were closed we could not help. Sadhana said that he would not talk to the media and only talk to women.

The protesting women told the storyteller, that what is being criticized about us should be stopped. The protesters said that we also wanted the number 9 road to be opened. Why did Delhi Police stop this road when it opened yesterday.

The issue of security was important in the dialogue between the storytellers and the protesters in Shaheenbagh on Friday. We are not confident about security and should be held responsible and fired from the Commissioner to Bit Constable for any incidents that occur.
