Waqf board accepts five acres of land in Ayodhya, likely to build a school

New delhi date. February 21, 2020, Friday

The controversy over the Ram temple and mosque in Ayodhya has ended. The Sunni Waqf Board has accepted that five acres of land was given to Muslims in Ayodhya just as a trust has been set up for the construction of the Ram Temple.

There are reports that the Sunni Waqf Board can build a school, not a mosque here. At the same time, an organization will be formed that will work for Hindu-Muslim unity. Informing about this, Farooqi, a member of the Sunni Waqf Board, said, "We have already said that we will accept the judgment of the Supreme Court. We are accepting five acres of land allotted by the government only in view of the court order."

And if you refuse this order, it will be considered contempt of court. We have no choice but to accept this land. However, he also said that the decision on what to build on this land and the next planning will begin, will be taken at a meeting on Monday.

As well as the way the trust was set up for the Ram temple, there is a possibility that a trust will be formed on Monday for whatever is being built on these five acres. On the other hand, many celebrities demanded that there be no mosque but school, college or hospital where land is allotted.

In the midst of this scenario there are reports that the Sunni Waqf Board can build a school on this ground. His final decision, however, could be announced at Monday's meeting. The Waqf Board also has seven other members besides Farooqi, on whose views further action will be taken.
