A student studying in 10th grade in Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh has been arrested for threatening to bomb a school. He demanded a ransom of Rs 2 lakh from the school and threatened to blow up the school with explosives if he did not get the money.

The student had earlier threatened to attack the school like Pulwama if the ransom money was not received. In the letter, he mentioned bombs on the premises of the school and in his house so that the bomb squad was summoned to investigate and there was nothing to do. Thereafter, the school received a letter demanding a ransom of two lakhs which threatened to be prepared to suffer serious consequences if no money was received.

The paper used in writing the letter during the investigation was found to have been torn from a science note so that the student was taken fast after checking the notes of all the students. The accused student is working to sell the newsletter and he claims that someone else forced him to write the letter so that the police have taken a proposal to find another person involved in the incident.
