Underworld don Ravi Pujari was flown from Africa to India after 15 years

Underworld don Ravi Pujari was brought to India this morning from Senegal. Pujari has been brought here from Bengaluru and Mangaluru police from Senegal, West African country. He is currently being questioned in Modiwala. He may be produced in court today. There are more than 40 cases of murder and ransom over Pujari.

Ravi Pujari was arrested last month from the African country of Senegal. The priest suddenly went missing after his arrest. Pujari's Karnataka police and Senegal officials arrested him from a village in a joint operation.

It is noteworthy that, a few days ago, the Senegal Supreme Court rejected the priest's petition against extradition. Then the priest had no legal option left.

Ravi Pujari, who once worked for Chhota Rajan, has been wanted in many cases in South Gujarat including traders and politicians in South Gujarat, including Surat.

There are 200 crimes registered in India against Ravi Pujari. Of those, 26 are in Gujarat. Police officials investigating the case say that there were 70 people in Gujarat at the target of Ravi Pujari.
